RFI/Provider Opportunity for LA County

The County of Los Angeles Department of Health Services (DHS) will be releasing a Request for Information (RFI) to obtain information from agencies that are interested and qualified to provide pediatric dental services at the HDHS Multi-Service Ambulatory Care Center (MACC) located in Lancaster, California. The selected contractor must be committed to providing 2,900 visits to 1,350 unduplicated children ages 0-5 for a period of 18 months. The contractor must provide comprehensive dental examinations, preventive care, treatment for identified problems, ongoing dental care, and education to caregivers and children that will focus on tooth decay prevention and nutrition. The Provider will probably be required to have 5-10 years of experience in pediatric dentistry. A portion of this Program is funded by First 5 LA.
