$25,000 may be payable in up to 5 annual installments of $5,000.00 |

Sapphire Life |
$20,000 may either be a new pledge OR an additional $10,000 pledge from existing Platinum Life Donors, payable in either annual installments of $1000 or annual installments of $5000 |
| Emerald Life | $15,000 may be either be a new pledge OR an additional $5,000 pledge from existing Platinum Life Donors, payable in annual installments of $1000 |
| Platinum Life | $10,000 may be payable in up to 10 annual installments of $1,000.00 |
| Gold Life | $5,000 may be payable in up to 5 annual installments of $1,000.00 |
| Emeritus |
$1,000 for those existing Presidents' Circle Donors who have completed their pledges but would like to make an additional one-time additional donation. Note: existing Presidents' Circle Donors will automatically be acknowledged at higher levels of donations if their total lifetime contributions, though additional Emeritus donations, qualify them for a higher level (e.g., a Platinum Life donor who makes 5 years of additional Emeritus Donations will automatically be acknowledged as an Emerald donor.) |
