CSPD Resident Poster Submissions

Poster presentations for the 2027 CSPD Annual Meeting in Monterey, California on March 11-14th, 2027 will allow pediatric dentists and residents to present unique pediatric cases, as well as completed and ongoing research in pediatric dentistry. Both single presenters and groups may participate. This year we will be showcasing the posters in a virtual platform. 

The goal is to provide our members with insight into the current research projects, to educate colleagues about unique patient cases, as well as to share educational updates from our California residency programs.

Requirement	Documented criteria
Eligibility	Current pediatric dentistry residents enrolled in accredited programs
Membership	Active CSPD student membership
Registration	CSPD Annual Meeting registration required
Abstract length	Maximum 200 words
Submission deadline	January 31 annually, unless otherwise specified
Required information	Presenter names, program affiliation, contact information, poster title, abstract, and category
Submission categories	Research, Case Report/Case Study, Quality Improvement, Educational Innovation
Poster formatting	Professional appearance, presenter names and affiliations displayed
Patient privacy	HIPAA compliance required
Attendance	At least one author must attend the meeting and assigned judging session
