Smoking and vaping are not uncommon among patients in pediatric dental practices. Studies indicate that they increase the risk for a number of oral conditions, including caries, periodontal disease, and fungal infections. Despite these risks, adolescents and teens are pushed/pulled 
toward vaping or smoking by a multitude of factors. The
pediatric dentist plays an important role in recognizing
