About the Opportunity
Children's dental office is seeking a compassionate, skilled Pediatric Dentist to join our team in the Sacramento area. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality dental care to children in a supportive, well-equipped practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including preventive, restorative, and emergency treatment
• Perform exams, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients
• Educate patients and parents/guardians on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent patient experience
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in pediatric dentistry

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
• Active California dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Board certification/eligibility in Pediatric Dentistry preferred
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for working with children
• Ability to build rapport with young patients and their families
